1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") describe the terms governing your access to and use of the mobile application FieldGain ("Application" or "Service") and, where legally applicable, form an agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Mehmet BAŞCI ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").

Where the Application presents a separate acceptance control, choosing that control and continuing may be recorded as acceptance of these Terms. Downloading or using the Application alone does not create an absolute presumption that you read or understood every provision. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not continue using the Application, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

FieldGain's current product policy targets professional and vocational users aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children under 16. Applicable mandatory age, parental-consent, or consumer-protection requirements are not replaced by this product policy.

4. Account Access and Product Entitlement

4.1. Product Access

FieldGain offers Free and Premium product access. The way an account is accessed or managed is separate from its Free or Premium status.

4.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials or authentication method you use with FieldGain. You agree to notify us promptly at 24voltapp@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3. Formula Area and Profile Data

During onboarding, you may select a Formula Area to tailor the formula experience available within the Application and to participate in area-specific quests. Formula Area settings and other profile information are handled according to the controls currently available in the Application; changes may be subject to timing restrictions presented there.

5. License Grant and Restrictions

5.1. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application for your personal or internal professional reference purposes.

5.2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Application or its calculation algorithms;
• Use the Application for any commercial distribution or attempt to monetize access to the Application's formulas without express written permission;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application's servers, service infrastructure, or subscription validation systems;
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any server-side authorization checks or premium access controls;
• Use automated tools or scripts to artificially generate XP, Gear, streak progress, or any other in-app progression metric;
• Use the Application to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or engineering safety code.

6. Subscriptions, Premium Features, and Billing

6.1. Premium Access

FieldGain may offer Premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions made available through the applicable app-store platform. Premium access is activated after server verification of a valid purchase transaction and is governed by the Application's server-verified subscription model.

6.2. Available Plans

FieldGain may offer monthly and/or yearly subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed within the Application using the price provided for the selected store product or offering and may vary by store or region.

6.3. Auto-Renewal and Billing

• Subscriptions renew according to the applicable store subscription terms unless you cancel through the applicable store before the next renewal.
• Payment will be charged to the account used for the purchase through the applicable app-store platform at confirmation.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app-store account associated with the purchase.
• Canceling a subscription generally controls future renewal under applicable store terms. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate; refund eligibility depends on applicable store policy, the circumstances, and applicable law.

6.4. Grace Period

If a subscription renewal fails due to a billing issue, a grace period may apply according to the applicable store/provider rules and the current subscription configuration. During an applicable grace period, Premium access may continue while the billing issue is resolved. If the issue is not resolved, access may revert to Free product access.

6.5. Transfer of Subscription (Restore Purchases)

Restore Purchases may re-check an eligible purchase through the applicable store or provider. Where transfer is permitted by the configured store/provider behavior, Premium access may be associated with the currently active FieldGain account while the backend's ownership and entitlement rules continue to apply. A previously associated account may lose Premium access after a successful transfer. Restore Purchases does not recreate a deleted FieldGain account or its deleted application data.

6.6. Refund Policy

For purchases made through an app store, refund requests or support routes may be available through the applicable store or through FieldGain support, depending on the store and circumstances. Any refund is subject to the applicable store policy and law.

7. Virtual Currency and In-App Economy

7.1. Gear and Spark

The Application features virtual in-app currencies called "Gear" (⚙) and "Spark". These virtual currencies:

• Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the Application;
• Are earned through in-app activities (calculations, quests, daily streaks, and similar actions) and cannot be purchased directly with real currency;
• Are non-transferable between accounts;
• May be subject to usage caps, daily limits, or anti-fraud restrictions enforced by the Application's backend;
• May be modified, rebalanced, or removed by the Developer at any time without compensation.

Any balance of Gear or Spark is not a property right and will be forfeited upon account deletion or termination, subject to applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Original FieldGain branding, content, and other materials created by the Developer are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party software, services, components, and materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial redistribution of FieldGain materials is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Calculation results generated by your use of the Application remain your own reference data. You grant the Developer no rights to your specific calculation inputs or outputs beyond what is necessary to operate and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Content and Services

Free product access may display third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. Premium access is ad-free. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or services of third-party advertisements. You are prohibited from using automated tools to artificially interact with or inflate advertisement metrics.

The Application integrates third-party services including Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, and Google AdMob/UMP. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that calculation results will be fully accurate or suitable for your specific professional requirements, that defects will be corrected, or that the Application is free of harmful components. You use the Application subject to these limitations and any mandatory rights that apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Service Modifications and Termination

12.1. Service Changes

The Developer may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Application, including formula libraries, features, pricing, and product-access benefits, where permitted by applicable law and applicable store terms. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated as required by applicable law and applicable store terms.

12.2. Account Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate access where permitted by applicable law for a serious violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or a security or integrity risk involving the Application's systems. Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or a support route. You may delete your account through Profile Hub → Settings → Account Deletion. Upon deletion, your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal-data access and other privacy requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and through the privacy and support controls available in the Application.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable mandatory law and consumer-protection rules, these Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts, authorities, or other bodies determined under applicable law; these Terms do not select one forum for every user.
